Jodie Adrianto is Head and Corporate Chef of ‘Broadway Group’ in Jakarta, their main establishment is ‘Ms. Jackson’, and ‘Lei- Lo’ located in Jl. Suryo in Senopati area. He also the co -founder of ‘Third World Culinary Company’ a chef and cooks collective focused on doing and promoting culinary events around Indonesia.
Kade Chandra is head chef / owner of ‘Maple and Oak’ and ‘Yabai’ in Menteng, Jakarta. He is also the founder of ‘Barong Indonesia’ chef leather knife bag company.
