What is energy healing? Yep, I was curious too. I contacted energy healer, Kimberly Lucht, for a Q&A session which we were recording about a week before I launched, Authentically Raw. Before I hit record I told her I needed to learn about this stuff because I was a ball of anxious knots. She suggested we do an actual energy healing session. Eeeek!!! Awkward!!! And soooo amazing! I have been using her techniques ever since and it has made such a difference in my life and how I manage stress and anxiety.
