To be resilient means that we need to be able to handle stress. Learning how to handle stress is something we all need to be better at, including our kids. Stress is a guarantee in life and when our kids get older and the stressor becomes bigger we need to ensure they have the coping skills to be able to handle it. Anxiety, irritability, panic, fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, and a low mood are all signs of stress.
The mind-body connection is a real and tangible thing that needs to be addressed.
Today I am going to give you 5 ways to attack the mind-body connection to help alleviate the stress that comes from all the things life throws at us.
