Most people know what they need to do to achieve their goals but struggle to be consistent with it. I'm going to share how I help my clients build long-lasting habits so they can actually achieve their goals, so you can do it too.
'I'm not that into fitness' is genuinely something I say often. I love the way it makes me feel both physically and mentally and I miss it when I'm not doing it but I don't want my life to revolve around it.
