Today, Arianna Luther talks about the importance of faith in strength and conditioning, grinding through the adversity of tearing both labrums, and how she navigates the industry as a woman in athletics. Arianna is an Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Nevada where she works primarily with track and field and cross country. Prior to this, she was a graduate assistant at Texas Christian University for two years. She has had stints at EXOS and Central Florida, and even has experience in Olympic Weightlifting.
