Today, we have Todor Pandov, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for my hometown team, The Orlando Magic. Prior to that, he worked as a Performance Director for the 76ers for 6 years, and had previous stops at Tulsa, Missouri, Western Kentucky and University of Miami directing Basketball Performance.
