It's time to drop the assumptions, silence the doubts, and unlock the power of fearless expression. Remember, the next person you meet could very well be your person, so why not show up as your best self?
We'll be diving deep into the art of self-expression and vulnerability. It's time to banish self-sabotage and embrace the courage to communicate your thoughts and feelings openly. It's not just about speaking up; it's about saying whatever it is you're thinking and feeling, knowing that your words hold the potential to bring you closer or push you apart.
Remember, your person will show up for you after you communicate your fears, expectations and needs. If not, then it’s “bye-bye” time. Because remember, it has to be Crazy Love or Nothing.
