I share why self-reflection is your first step. Take a hard look at your current relationships, those texts sitting on your phone, and ask yourself: Who am I giving my energy to, and why? If they’re not aligned with your goal of a committed, loving partnership, it’s time to reassess.
And don’t be afraid to ask the big question early on: What are you looking for? If someone can’t answer that, you’ll know whether they’re worth your time.
In this episode, I also share a deeply personal story about how being intentional helped me meet my husband. Spoiler alert: It started by saying no to the wrong person and clearing space for the right one.
