Hi, this week is all about inclusion in the workplace. The UA had a convention last year called Trades women build nations. We had the opportunity to talk to Jessica Marler who attended the convention to represent her local and other women in the trade.
I also talked to Ben Pollock who had already started in a different career and decided to jump ship and join the UA. This is a testament that no matter where you are in your career it may be an opportunity for advancement.
