Do you know what the first story ever told was about? No, me neither. But I can hazard a guess that it probably had something to do with survival. And that’s the thing. Most stories today, one way or another are about exactly the same; helping us make sense of the world around and what we need to do to survive, physically, mentally, financially, spiritually. But, why exactly is that? Why are stories just so damn important to our everyday decision making?

In this episode I explore this question - and give you some guidance on how to think about what survival needs what you do taps into.
