Matteo Giampa is going into his Sophomore season at Canisius University. He is one of the top-rated prospects when it comes to the NHL draft in the next few seasons. Matteo was a big contributor to the Canisius this past season as he had 18 goals and was named the AHA Rookie of the Year. He was a member of the AJHL Bonnyville Pontiacs for two seasons before joining Canisius and he helped lead them to an AJHL North Division Championship appearance.
