Verlisha elaborates on the magnificent points that were made in Part I. I had so much fun with her I was thrown off guard and we talked like old friends in the prior episode. Her openness and transparency was uniquely refreshing! Today we dive into many of the points she spoke of in Part I. Their emotions are what many are dealing with when they mention triggers she says. Because emotional development is most often stunted at the time of childhood trauma. Some must learn to rewire themselves without knowing they have any issues, as the stress response system shut off emotions to protect. However, those childhood experiences still manage to creep into
many people’s lives as adults.
