Today we're happy and silly. Exploring the waves of creating a podcast and facing some technical issues, we integrate some feedback from last episode and clarify NVC with an example, before talking about tools:

What different tools do we use to come back to ourselves in times that challenge us? How long does it take to develop a habit? Why is it so important for us to have a routine with habits that nurture us? What gives us power and what drains us? And above all and most importantly: What the fuck is earthing and is it a thing?
