He and his business specialise in helping athletes and athletically minded individuals achieve their best within their chosen sport. With a love for strength sports, Phil has found his nutritional calling in high output sports, such as CrossFit, Power Lifting and Strongman.
With a Graduate Diploma in Sports and Performance Nutrition, Phil has spent the last 10 years honing his coaching skills, including spending two years coaching people for free just to develop better communication skills across a wide diversity of clientele.
