Listen

Description

In this one I talk to Kevin Vandi of Competitive Edge PT in San Jose.

Kevin started his practice just 4 years and is already at a $1,000,000 in revenue, he has a practice manager and three full time PTs and he’s stepped down to just 8 hours per week of treating patients per week.

I’ve worked with Kevin from the very early days of him starting his clinic and it’s been amazing to watch him grow so fast. I stuck up a connection with Kevin early on as I felt both of us had similar values; that we valued spending more time with our family than we did being a slave to a business. We both agree that a business is there to support an amazing home life and we’re prepared to take the necessary steps to achieve it.

In this episode we talk about metrics, hiring the right people, his dedication to training as well as the time he spends away from his business that he says helps him grow his business.

More: we get into what it takes to truly “optimize” your team members and as you’ll discover, getting the best from your team has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with improving their clinical skills.

Listen in and enjoy the show and pick up some invaluable lessons on what it takes to get to the point of running a 7 figure business, step back from patient care, and still be at home for dinner and present with your family.
