Description

“It’s one thing to work on ourselves and the pitfall is that people will work on themselves and then they want to go fix everyone else. And we know what that feels like right? When someone’s trying to tell us how to be. And it’s easy to see what somebody else should be doing, but that’s not being a coach” - Tania Harley Badiyi

In this first episode of the series, On Purpose Conversations, Lauren sits down with personal transformation coach, Tania Harley Badiyi. With well over 10  years of coaching experience, Tania has a good handle of the concept of purpose -  namely guiding others to discover theirs'.

Lauren and Tania share in an exciting conversation covering the concepts that present themselves through the transformation process. They discuss what it's like to work with a coach, what qualities to look for, and how to best prepare and know when you are ready for coaching. Then they dive deep into the details - talking through the ego, development of shame, how our beliefs shape our reality and reframing to allow yourself to be stuck --seeing it instead as resisting being brilliant (for just a moment).
