This isn’t a go hard or go home mentality. This isn’t advice telling you to put your head down and grind it out. This is a wake up call asking you to consider what needs to be done consistently in order for you to reach your desired goals — and you know exactly what needs to be done. It’s been done before, probably many times, but something is stopping you from actually going and doing it, right?
