In Episode 4, we’ll talk with Rebekah Weigel. Rebekah is the Southern California Area Director for CarePortal (https://www.careportal.org). Rebekah has a passion for helping churches serve families and kids in crisis. Many times, if churches act quickly, kids could be prevented from entering into the foster care system. Rebekah shares her own story of growing up in rural Kansas, competing in college athletics, and then as a mom of three kids under the age of ten, feeling the Lord calling her and her husband to be foster parents. Join us as we explore how God wants to take us into the deep end of the pool where we learn to rely on Him, grow, and experience a deeper relationship with Jesus as we sacrificially love others in his name.
