Has the thought ever crossed your mind that being healthy is expensive? I love all things healthy food, and sometimes healthy food items can be pricey. Seeing alternative providers and getting the testing that you want is often an “out of pocket” expense. And then there’s all the supplements - those can cost a pretty penny for sure!
To be transparent, I have spent money on all those things and I’ll continue to as I can. But as a mom of four - I’ve also had to get creative on pursuing health without breaking the bank.
