Description

This has really become my passion.

Helping others change the health of their families and therefore change the long-term health legacy of their families.

In this episode I cover 5 things that we are intentionally doing to change the trajectory of our health, in what we hope will be a way of living in our family for generations to come.

I talk about:Changing your mindset from “treatment” to “prevention”.

Using multiple health practitioners.

Using food as medicine.

Normalizing movement.

Having intentional conversations with our kids about health.
