Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords. We are to be a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. That means that we are children of the King of kings, and Lord of lords, the one who created it all and owns it all. We live, however, in a limited world of finite resources. If our hearts in that other, eternal and infinite kingdom we can open our hearts in a way that is unique because we know it isn't a zero sum game. We see what it otherwise unseen and that is that we, even wretches like us, will have an eternal weight of glory but we are to have the mind of Christ which is there is enough glory for all, so he laid down equality with God to share that glory with us. Let us have the mind of Christ.
