Paul Buitink talks to Jeffrey Sachs again, renowned economist and Professor at Columbia University.
They discuss the war in Ukraine and Ukraine's recent incursion into Russia. Jeffrey believes it's unwise and will worsen Ukraine's position. He urges, like he has been doing since the start of the escalation in 2022, for the US and Russia to negotiate a solution.
Jeffrey also shines his light on the conflict in the Middle East and why the UN should impose on Israel a 2 State solution.
