Description

During this breath focused meditation we will practice diaphragm breathing. Diaphragm breathing is the most efficient way to breath and by intentionally practicing diaphragm breathing you will strengthen the muscle and be able to take in more air.
Then travel to a safe, calm, happy place through visualization. Visualization is a great tool to use when you feel stressed, overwhelmed or sad. Remember you can come back to this visualization whenever you need to.
