The community is designed to help women find joy in movement by challenging them to move every day for 100 days in a way that feels good. Lindsay's mission is to help women create healthy lifestyles in a way that is sustainable, and encourages them to wake up every day excited to prioritize themselves.
As a mom, wife and entrepreneur, Lindsay chats about the importance of movement for her mental health, and how life changing it has been for the women in her community to have such an unwavering support system with access to so many opportunities to connect and get moving.
Lindsay shares her vision for the future of the Slay community as a more holistic wellness opportunity the future with support from sleep professionals, naturopaths, nutritionists, and more!
