In this episode, I share with you my journey from discovering a love for running, to utilizing it as a tool for restriction, and how I transitioned into triathlon on the other side of recovery.

I share with you my experience completing my first Ironman and how it changed my body image for the better.

In closing, I chat about why weight loss will not heal your body image, but how we can use movement as a tool to help shift the focus from what our bodies look like, to what our bodies can do to enhance our life experiences for us.
