Have you ever thought about trying to give yourself permission to eat without food rules, but feel like you will just end up eating donuts, doritos, cookies or chips all day? The food we may commonly (and unwarrantedly) refer to as "crap".

Or maybe, you've actually tried just eating. No food rules, no meals plans. What we would consider "eating intuitively" and you did in fact end up over indulging on all the sweet and salty treats.

I hear this far too often - and I know it is a huge barrier for women who are ready to ditch diet culture, but also fear the implications of a whole donut diet.
