Today's episode is inspired by some post-vacation reflections. We all know how routine is difficult to keep up when on vacation, during holiday seasons and even on weekends. I want to invite you to let go of the need to control the routine, and to not feel the need to justify your habits changing when life changes.

The "hall pass mentality" that I chat about is really about embracing permission to enjoy your experiences without succumbing to the all or nothing mindset that often has us feeling like we have to make up for our poor choices while on vacation.
