WTF Why The Fitness coming at you a day late on Thursday because I'm a slacker & didn't plan for yesterday's early out accordingly. Here we are....this is life. Danielle joins me again today for our second episode of talking about why fitness is important. Our target was to discuss Injury prevention & illness prevention & I feel like we did at least a little! Hopefully we are able to bring you some sort of value as we do these! 

On a personal note, I am working towards creating a better & more impactful podcast in order to help more people. That's the whole goal....help people improve their lives.
