Growing up in New Jersey as the black sheep of six kids, there is no earthly reason why Lisa Ruoff took such a unique life path. Along with crazy international adventures, she was also a sea kayak guide in Alaska, a chef for over two decades, and she’s renovated an 1820s farmhouse on an island in Vermont. She is now "settling down" to build a house on a mountain side in Colorado at 8200 ft with her partner in crime and fur babies.
Lisa is the author of the Galavanting Goddess series of travel memoirs that follow one woman's highly unconventional life path. Verging on the edge of chaotic abandon, these life chronicles exude pure entertainment, occasional turmoil, and an unquestionable trust in the process.
