Sam is a Renovation Fitness competitor. He started working out back in 2016 at around 160 pounds and had just joined the navy. About 2 years later, he worked up to about 220 pounds, finally putting on some muscle. Since then, he competed in powerlifting competitions, done CrossFit, sports training. He found himself at 273lbs after just winning a powerlifting competition a week prior. He then decided to change course, get lean, and start training for a body building show. He went from 273lbs down to his bodybuilding show weight at 215lbs.
