Linsey, a long time friend of mine and a drummer and songwriter for the Perth metal band RFMD. He has had an interesting and eventful past in which he is turning his previous experiences as a ex high-ranking bike club member into positive and motivated Life Coach. Linsey and I go back many years and it was great to catch up with him for a chat about what he's been up to and what's next for him and his Life Coach journey.
