Well, praise the Lord! This is your Morning Inspiration with Apostle Dez.
The famous cartoon character Dori, from Finding Nemo,has an unforgettable scene where she says, “Just keep swimming, just keep swimming.” In the movie she’s dealing with some issues; I believe hers was memory, but she realized, now matter what you’re dealing with, what you’re facing, keep moving, don’t stop; hence, just keep swimming, just keep swimming. For a cartoon, that’s excellent advice. Even in life you face challenging issues and obstacles, no matter what they are, but in the midst of them, don’t stop, don’t quit; keep moving. See, if in the midst of your storm you stop and give up, 1) you’ll be in it that much longer, 2) you’ll be distracted from what you’re really supposed to be doing, and 3) it could take you out permanently. That’s not how “more than conquerors” roll. You’re a “more than conqueror” if you depend on, rely upon, have faith in, or trust God to see you through any and everything. You know that no matter how things may look, this too shall pass. So on today, keep your eyes on the prize, keep your eyes on Jesus, get out the boat, and walk, or continue to walk, on water.
