Love is patient and love is kind. Love is not selfish and does not seek after its’ own. This kind of love can only be fostered through God. Man does not and cannot love the way God loves without His help. No matter how well intentioned you are, your love falls short without God. When you love, there are no conditions. That kind of love really isn’t love. Love is longsuffering and endures through time. Love forgives and eventually overcomes hurt. The world today needs a lot of the right kind of love. Many have confused it for something else and because of that you see conditional love and manipulative love. For this reason, many are not experiencing true happiness and joy. Ask the Father to help you to love as He loves, and you will see a whole other world open up to you. At first, it may not be easy because you will want to shield yourself and keep some at a distance, but eventually it gets easier. As you love in this manner, you will see it returned to you in remarkable ways. So on today, open yourself up to love the way God intends and allow Him to infiltrate and overshadow you with an abundance of love and blessings.
