Hello and blessings friend. There is a meme circulating of Jesus pulling a man away from an argument with another man and the caption is Jesus saying, “I called you to win souls, not arguments.” Whew, what a powerful illustration. Understand there are many things you can do, and possibly do well, but is that what and/or how God called and instructed you to do? Remember, the main mission for any Christian is to share and spread the Gospel in the hopes of winning souls. You are in a race, but this race you are in is not a competition against your brothers and sisters. If anything, it is a competition against yourself and the evil one. See flesh wants to fulfill its desires, and the evil one just wants to stop you. Do not give into either one but run your race and be about the Father’s business. There is still work to do and God needs you because you know, the harvest is plentiful, but laborers few. So on today, do not concern yourself trying to win arguments or being competitive, but rather just do the work God called you to do; do it with love, and then bask in His goodness.
