Trust goes a long way. When you trust someone, not only do you expect them to operate in integrity, but it says you have faith in them to do the right thing. When that is gone, sometimes hope dies with it. Some people are hard to trust, some have lost your trust, and others you know not to trust because of their reputation and track record. Still, because God wants you to forgive, you forgive and move on. Always try to see the good in people and give them the benefit of doubt. Pray for them and ask God to help them. People are flawed and as flawed human beings, we need divine help. God, on the other hand, is perfect; there are no flaws in Him therefore you can 100% totally depend on and trust Him. With God, hope never falters, never falls, never fails. Who are you putting your trust in? Man will at times let you down, but God never will. Trust Him to do right by you and for you. Trust Him to be by your side in times of trouble. In general, and for specific things, trust Him. That’s all well and good, but then the question becomes, can God trust you? So on today, if you expect it, give it and watch how immensely blessed your life will be when you trust God.
