Praise the Lord, praise Him. Just so you know, zeal without knowledge is not good. In fact, it can be detrimental to you. Many may have a sincere desire to do for God but if you/they jump the gun ahead of God, that is not good. Proverbs 19:2 says, “… it is not good for a soul to be without knowledge…” Knowledge is information gained through experience, reasoning, or acquaintance. The problem comes in when you know “of” God, but you do not truly “know” Him. Some try to live and operate according to their experience, but that experience is tainted because of negative emotions. God is love and when you get to know Him according to His love for you, that is a game changer. He loves you, has only the best in mind for you, and has given you something to do. You do not have to try to be like so and so, just be you, but with whatever you do, do it according to wisdom AND knowledge. Take time to get to know God; truly study His Word so that you will not be a workman ashamed but will be able to rightly divide the word of truth. Then obtain wisdom and in all your getting, get an understanding because without it, you will be led astray and will lead others astray also. God wants what is best for you, but according to His will for your life. So on today, seek God and get to know Him; desire to do good and He will make a way to bless and enrich your life.
