God is a Spirit and you must worship Him in spirit and in truth. When you allow anything other than Spirit to control you, you will find yourself out of order. God gives you the ability to think and reason, but you are also connected to Him and can at any moment, stop and ask of Him. Many are led by their emotions, and their emotions at times, cause more harm than good. God would never lead you astray; He would never hype you up only to let you down. This is what the world does and how man handles things. You cannot look at things from a purely black and white perspective because when you really get to the core, you will find only wickedness and sin. Stay connected to God; get in a place of reverence and worship Him; allow Him to lead and guide you. When you worship in the Spirit, you find peace, love, joy, and so much more. So on today, you are in this world, but you are not of it. You are God’s child; therefore, rise above and worship God in spirit and in truth.
