Bless the Lord and give Him praise! No matter what you have been through, you are still here. God has been so very good to you; He has watched over and protected you, He has kept you in perfect peace, and He has allowed you to prosper and be in good health. Yes, for that and more, you need to give Him honor and praise. It is not a burden for Him to do that and more for you; He does it because He loves you. Therefore, show Him your love for Him by being obedient unto His Word, by showing love to your fellow man, and just honor God. Whatever you stand in need of, He will provide. You have not suffered, experienced extreme lack, been bruised and abused, nor gone without your basic necessities; God has kept you. You may have been bombarded with crazy stuff and thoughts, but that was only the enemy trying to steal, kill, and destroy, and even in that, God kept you. Thank Him that you do not look like what you have been through. So on today, you can testify of His goodness and tell the world just how good He has been to you, sit back, relax, and then bask in the abundant blessings He has bestowed upon you.
