In any relationship, communication is key. If, or when that breaks down, the relationship suffers. The only one who can read minds is God, and even He wants you to talk to Him constantly. Don’t allow things or people to hinder your communication with others or God. In all things, the Bible tells us, acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path. Don’t be swayed by your emotions; consult God, ask Him for clarity, and then act. Too many spur of the moment reactions without proper communication ruins relationships. This even applies to your relationship with God. There are times people get angry and they take it out on God, shut down, and turn away from Him. Of course, that’s not good. Take any and every care, concern, and complaint to God. Air your grievances with and to Him; He can handle it, but then be ready for His reply; remember, communication is a two-way street. So on today, no matter what the relationship, never shut down communication and be willing to hear everything so that the anger, ill feelings, and whatever else can fizzle out, dissipate, and clear the air to make room for your blessings.
