Bless the Lord! Has God been good to you? You know He has so take some time and thank Him. Give Him what He deserves…as Aretha Franklin put it, give Him His propers; give Him respect, reverence. Too many take God lightly nowadays. The enemy has them fooled into thinking God is weak. Just because lightning doesn’t come and strike them down at any given moment, that is not weakness but love, mercy, and grace in action. God loves you and wants only the best for you. The enemy only feigns love; he does not really love nor care about you. What he cares about concerning you is that you do his will and doing so puts you in mortal danger. God does not treat His children that way. He looks out for and protects all who come to Him. In this day and time you have to get it right…do not give your time and loyalty to the wrong one. Love God, honor God, serve God, obey God, respect God; in doing thus you cannot go wrong. Tribulation may still come, yes, because the enemy is still busy at work, but God will have the last say. And remember, you are not just working for the present but for those eternal benefits and rewards. So on today, God has been good to you; therefore, do right, do good, and give Him honor and praise.
