What do you do when rough times hit? Some retreat, some dig in, some forge ahead. This know, perilous times are upon us and many are going to have to, as it is said, man up and keep it pushing. You have to hold on with everything you have and realize that if you’re facing it, if you’re going through it, God evidently knows you can handle it because according to His Word, He won’t put anymore on you than you can bear. So, muster up your confidence in God and move out. Don’t stop, but if you do stop, don’t stay too long because that will give the enemy a better chance to take you out; it’s always harder to take out a moving target. The fact that you’re still moving and trusting in God puts the enemy at a severe disadvantage. God won’t necessarily stop all of the attacks from coming, but rest assured you will be shielded enough to survive and endure. No, it doesn’t always feel good going through but trust God’s purpose for the trial and persevere. So on today, gain strength from your trials and know that God allows them to build and fortify you so that you will prove victorious and blessed.
