Hold on and don’t lose hope! There’s a song that says, “My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus blood and righteousness.” When your hope is in Jesus, you will never be disappointed or let down, as far as hope goes. But what is hope anyway? It is a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. Today, hope for some, seems to be faltering and failing. Many things others have put their hope in have already failed, or are in the process of failing. One thing for sure, Jesus’ return for His bride is a sure thing. Though it tarry, wait for it; wait for it in full expectation that it will come to pass. Wait for it in such anticipation that you are preparing for the day. You may not know exactly whenHe’s coming back, but you definitely know that He is; that’s faith in action. And knowing that, you can eagerly look forward to the day when He returns. Oh, what a great day that will be! Until then, however, He says occupy til He comes. Make yourself busy sharing this same hope you hold onto. So on today, rejoice and be exceedingly glad for that which you’re expecting is sure to come; therefore continue to hope in Jesus and watch how God blesses you.
