Bless the Lord, oh my soul. You do realize that the race is on, right? The race to control your mind, and the race to win your heart is still ongoing. For the most part, God is winning, but of course the devil will make it appear as if he is in the lead. That is all he does; manipulate, lie, and deceive. In the end, he will lose, but right now he is doing all he can to take the lead. God, on the other hand, leads by love, forgiveness, and patience. He, after all, knows what the end will be; He created you and gave you a part of Himself. As you run your race remember that life is but a vapor; you do not have time to waste therefore run well. You will encounter many things that will attempt to lure and distract you; do not concede. Keep your eyes and focus on Jesus and allow Him to steer you all the way home. So on today, His way is the right way and staying on His path will lead you to victory and great joy.
