What stories are you telling your child about when you were their age? Do you tend to paint yourself in the best light or do you share with them authentic stories they can learn from? Do you know your children, I mean, really know them or do you treat them as a chore you have to check off in your to-do lists? You cannot pave a better path for your children's future if you don't share your past authentically in a way that they're not overwhelmed by the pressure of living under your shadow or following a false legacy.
