Thank you for listening to the gentle and lowly co. podcast. On today's episode, I (Addie) introduce myself, gentle and lowly co.: what it is and how it works, the podcast, and briefly talk about the idea of being multi-passionate. 

A few of my favorite things so you know we'll be friends:

• Dogs (I have a pup, Kodak, he is a Goldendoodle and my best bud after my real human friends)
• Chick-fil-a (Am I friends with the staff, yes, yes I am – and they are the best!! Shoutout to my CFA friend Vivian if she ever reads this)
• Coca-Cola (yes, I know soda isn't really good for you but, I really love it...@shareacokewithaddie)
• Polaroids Polaroids Polaroids (I usually have a camera nearby or with me to capture the moment)
• Indiana all the way! The midwest really is the best, there's not much compared to other cities, but it is home.
