On March 17th 1999 in Hong Kong. Fan Man-Yee 23 years old, sex worker, mom, wife and drug addict made a decision she would regret for the rest of her life. A 14 year old about a month later walks into a police station frightened. Telling them that over the past several weeks she has been plagued by the ghost of a woman who had been bound by electrical wire that had been tortured and beaten to death. She goes to say that her lifeless body would enter her dreams and haunt her. In these nightmares a voice would scream at her to give her head back. Police annoyed thinking she is a kid pulling a prank and tell her go home. Then she tells them that the ghost was from a woman that she had the hand in of murdering. When police are lead to the apartment they cannot believe the smell and what they saw upon entering the apartment.
