Its Cleveland in 1930's Serial killers are not a known thing. Yet torso and lots body parts are showing up around Kingsbury Run. Some killed 48 hours earlier some 9 months and one the first one found was deemed the lady of the lake. Many unidentified today, case is still unsolved even though police finally made a connect years after they started it was one person. They had a suspect that never was arrested and today we sit with some unidentified and still unsolved. This is a wild, frustrating, intense one.
