Today I am sharing my takeaways from an interview Lewis Howes did with Glennon Doyle, author of Untamed. I just finished reading the book and it contained so many AH HA moments that I plan to be using to create content to share with y'all over the coming year.
I chose the word Unapologetic for my word of the year and it ties in so well with what Glennon shares in the episode so I had to share with you!
