Isaac Mashman wears many hats: businessman, author, coffee addict, creator, podcast host, private investor, and speaker. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, to a lower-income, single-parent household, Isaac’s early years exposed him to the challenges of financial scarcity and the importance of healthy self-beliefs.
Entrepreneurial Awakening: Despite being a stellar student, Isaac’s senior year brought a revelation. He discovered entrepreneurship and was captivated by the freedom it offered—control over income, location independence, and more. He chose to leap into business rather than follow the traditional college route.
Network Marketing and Learning: Isaac’s journey began in network marketing, where he joined multiple companies. Although financial success eluded him, the experience shaped his thinking. He left network marketing, explored various business ventures, and eventually founded Mashman Ventures, a public relations firm focused on personal branding.
Mashman Consulting Group (MCG): In 2024, Isaac founded MCG. Drawing from his PR background, MCG works with public figures to optimize and scale their personal brands. Reputation management is a key focus. Isaac collaborates with authors, actresses, business owners, executives, coaches, inventors, models, and musicians worldwide.
Podcasting and Personal Branding: Isaac co-hosted the podcast “Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman,” which surpassed 100 episodes by summer 2022. In 2024, he launched a new podcast, merging business, celebrity, and entertainment niches.
“Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence”: Isaac self-published this book in 2021. It became a top release in public relations on Amazon. The book emphasizes understanding personal brand and conscious building. A second edition is expected in fall 2024.
Mashman Investments and Mashman Properties: In early 2022, Isaac launched these companies. Mashman Investments focuses on acquisitions and equity ownership, while Mashman Properties handles real estate transactions.
