For each goal, she breaks it down into specific steps and poses questions to guide progress.

In addition to setting goals, Molly suggests choosing a theme or a "word of the year" to ignite energy and focus efforts. She shares that her own word for 2024 is "ease," as she aims to streamline her business operations. Molly concludes by encouraging listeners to set goals that excite them and make a difference, regardless of their size.
